Andre currently works as a Vice President with the Technology Investment Banking Team at RBC Capital Markets. Andre has focused his efforts on the Internet and Technology sectors at RBC for the past five years and has been involved in over 30 transactions. During his time at RBC, he has been involved in $8.7 billion in closed and announced debt and equity financings and over $7.4 billion in closed or announced M&A transaction value. Within the Internet sector, he has focused efforts across a variety of sectors including online video, online marketing, e-commerce, online content, and listing/exchange business models. Notable financing transactions include KKR/Silverlake’s acquisition of GoDaddy, Apax’s acquisition of Epicore and Activant Solutions, and the IPO’s for Groupon, Angie’s List, Demand Media, and MercadoLibre.
